Specially trained in assessing and treating sports injuries, Dr. Bair has successfully treated hundreds of patients with sports-related pain and injuries, especially golf,
tennis and running. An avid sportsman, exercise physiologist and chiropractic physician, Dr. Bair is uniquely qualified to help patients better understand their very individual physical limitations and body mechanics.
In addition to providing our patients intensive treatment, we place most of our patients on rehabilitation programs including therapy and exercises during their office visits. The in-office rehabilitation is complemented by therapy and/or exercises prescribed for patients to do at home. This reinforces the ongoing role the patient plays in achieving his/her own optimal health. Rehabilitation is an integral part of ensuring that our patients not only get out of pain but stay out of pain by working to correct the problem not just treat the pain.
